You also have hand pockets designed into this bag to keep your hands warm.

Sierra Designs made their Backcountry Bed with down fill, which usually makes a sleeping bag lighter, but this bag runs on the heavier in. It is 2 pounds 9 ounces, which means it isn’t very lightweight. On the other hand, you do get a lot of comfort and warmth built into this sleeping bag.

Comfort:

After you tuck in the quilt on this bag, you get a very cozy feel. By moving the quilt around, you can actually adjust the temperature inside of the bag. Also, you get a ventilated foot gasket area so you don’t overheat, and the bag can keep you warm no matter how cold it is outside. You get a lot of legroom, and the ability to sleep easily in almost any position.

Features:

This best womens sleeping bag comes with a lot of nice features. First, we really like the opening and how cozy and warm it makes the sleeping bag feel. We also like the warmth of the quilt and the number of sleeping positions it offers. The foot venting gasket is also a nice bonus for increased ventilation and comfort.

Rab Neutrino’s women's sleeping bag is extremely warm, and has an EN temperature rating of 37F, with a limit of 27F. In the cold weather, it does a fantastic job of keeping you warm, and it is a very cozy sleeping bag. There is a lot of down fill in this sleeping bag that is designed for greater warmth, and the zipper design on this bag also keeps the cold out.

Weight:

This sleeping bag minimizes the number of features on it to keep the weight down, but still provides you with all the necessities you’d want. It weighs in at about one pound twelve ounces, and it is also made to be easy to pack and carry. The shell of this bag is made to be very lightweight as well, but it is not quite as durable as some other sleeping bags.

This sleeping bag is very roomy and provides a lot of comfort alongside the warmth it creates. The interior of this bag is very soft, and it feels great when you sleep in it. Also, the bag is designed with a foot box that gives you plenty of space and also helps to keep your feet warm.

This sleeping bag comes with a few extra features anybody would like. First, you get a nice mesh storage bag to carry the sleeping bag along with you. You also get a nice hood with this sleeping bag that provides a lot of head warmth. Plus, the warmth and design are also great features. Since this bag was designed to be lighter in weight, it doesn’t have as many features as some other sleeping bags, but it does cover the basics well.

Marmot’s Angel Fire has an EN temperature rating of 21.6 F, which is a decent rating for the price of this bag. It does provide a lot of warmth even when the weather outside is very chilly, and it does come with 650 fill power down. Also, there is a nice collar with a drawcord to help keep your neck warm at night. Also, this sleeping bag features water-resistant down, which means you still get a decent amount of warmth even if the bag gets wet.

The Kelty Cosmic Down Sleeping Bag comes with an EN temperature rating of 25 F, which is decent for the price of this bag. The bag has just enough down to keep you warm, and it certainly performs well on those chilly nights. This sleeping bag also comes with a nice draft collar that allows you to hold in the warm air inside your sleeping bag. The features on this bag that provide comfort and warmth also cause the bag to be a bit heavier, so you do have a tradeoff here.

Some of these features do add extra weight to the bag, but they are also very nice to have.

You’ll still stay warm no matter what the weather, which is a nice feature of this bag. Plus, as far as synthetic bags go, this is one of the warmest bags out there on the market today. The fill of the bag helps keep you warm, and you also get neck baffle and draft tubes to help trap in the warmth. This bag also features an insulated hood for extra warmth and comfort. Plus, it features internal hand warmer pockets as well.

However, the bag does come with hydrophobic down which helps to make it fairly water-resistant.

This bag runs on the heavy end of the spectrum and weighs a total of two pounds and fourteen ounces. The pad sleeve designed into the bag seems to add to the weight and makes it a bit bulky at times since the sleeve itself feels quite heavy.

If there were a lighter weight sleeve, then you’d have a more lightweight bag. Still, this bag comes with plenty of features that can add to its weight, so you need to balance out what you really need.

Plus, it features a very soft material, and it has enough down to keep you warm enough. Plus, the bag is long, which is nice, since it can fit just about any woman.

This sleeping bag is made to be roomy, which is nice for people that like to move around a lot, but you wind up with a lot of open-air that can make you feel colder. This sleeping bag has a 25 F rating, but it actually keeps you warm better when the temperature is up to the thirties.

This sleeping bag runs on the heavy side, partly because of all of the features that come designed into the bag. It weighs a total of three pounds and four ounces, which doesn’t make it very lightweight. It can be difficult to pack down and carry, and might not be all that great for backpacking. So, depending on what you are planning to do, this bag might or might not be for you.

This bag is designed to be comfortable, but it mostly works best for side sleepers. You do get plenty of room to move so you won’t feel restricted. You’ll have plenty of room to move your arms and legs around if that is part of something you feel you need.

Features

You’ll get a lot of nice features with this bag. First, it has a nice spoon shape to it as well as a zippered pocket on the outside. You’ll also get a pillow pocket which is designed into the sleeping bags hood if you want to get your backpacking pillow. The blanket fold, however, is something that is supposed to help trap heat in the bag, but it doesn’t seem to work that well. Otherwise, the rest of the features on this bag are excellent.

Warmth:

The manufacturer advertises that this bag can work in temperatures of 20 F, but that isn’t EN rated, and the bag doesn’t seem to be that warm. The bag has a nice synthetic filling, but it probably works better in temperatures that rate in the lower 40s.
